Fairly nice overall experience. Lovely place, enjoyed it. The staff was super and extremely helpful, everything was good. Strategic location, relatively close to Pavilion Kuala Lumpur Shopping Centre.

The hotel is luxury, has decent staff and wonderful city views. The location is handy, 1 km from Kl Live Concert Hall. Good price-value balance, considering that everything is amazing.

Peaceful stay, we had all essentials. Room was stocked: comfortable bed, nice looking bathroom. The poolside bar in the hotel had plenty of free mineral coffee and tea throughout the day.

it was as expected, had a such great stay. neat rooms, good pool, very pleasant staff. decent view, a small balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. the gardens were well-maintained here. very central location was a plus.
